Q1. How can we access the standard part library?

• While opening a "product", click the icon "Catalog browser" (Fig1)

• Click the icon "Browse other catalog" at the upper righthand corner of the pop-up menu (Fig2)

• Go to (C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\B16\intel_a\startup\components\MechanicalStandardParts) and then we will see five folders, which are EN_standards, ISO_standards, JIS_standards, US_imperial_standards, and US_standards.

• Select "ISO_standards" for example; select and open the file "ISO.catalog". (Fig3)

• Select a suitable standard part in the catalog and then "Drag & Drop" the part onto the Product Tree.(Fig4)

• In Assembly Design workbench, select Tools/Mechanical Standard Parts/ISO_catalogs (Fig5)
