Q5. How can i translate or rotate a part by a certain value, with the use of  the Compass?

• Drop the Compass onto a part. Then the compass becomes Green

• Right-click on the compass and select "Edit..." (Fig.1)

• Enter a value under the portion "Increments". Then click the arrow button (+ or -) to execute. (Fig.2)
