Q8. How can i select a hidden face of a solid?

• For example, we now have a closed hollow solid as Fig1. We are going to change the color of an inner face;

• While pressing "Alt" key on the keyboard, left-click on an outer side face; then the "Pre-selection navigator" is activated;(Fig2)

• Locate the mouse cursor onto an item of the list. In this case, we stop at "2/4" and right-click to activate the contextual menu. Select "Properties" to change the color. (Fig3)

• Remark: If we just want to select a hidden edge, we can simply change the shading mode as "Shading with edges and hidden edges". After that, we can pick the hidden edge directly without activating the "Pre-selection navigator". (Fig4)
