Q3. How can i add a feature in the middle of the tree?

• Take an example, we now have a model as Fig.1 and we want to add external fillets before  the model is hollowed;

• Right-click "Draft.1" and select "Define in Work Object" (FIg.2); The feature after "Draft.1" will then be temporarily deactivated (Fig.3);

• Add an "Edge-fillet" onto the external sharp edges, which will be created just after "Draft.1". After that, right-click "Shell.1" and select "Define in Work Object" again to compute the whole part tree. (Fig.4)
