Q3. After creating a geometrical constraint between two elements, i only found that their positions were updated but the constraint was not stored. Why?

• By default, the two icons" Geometrical Constraints" and "Dimensional Constraints" are activated. (Fig 1)

• However, if "Geometrical Constraints" icon is deselected, no geometrical constraints will be stored but the system will still update the selected elements correspondingly.

• Similarly, if "Dimensional Constraints" is deselected, the system will not create a dimension corresponding to your keyed parameter of the element while you are sketching. Look at the example: if we key in the value of the length while the icon is on, the system will auto-create a dimension onto the line. (Fig 2 & 3)
